and protocols, track your progress over time, communicate with you regarding your program, and process
payments. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Progress Photos
Progress photos submitted for check-ins are stored securely and used only for coaching purposes. Wolf
Bodybuilding will never share your progress photos publicly without your explicit written consent. If you
provide consent for your photos to be used for testimonials or marketing, you may revoke that consent at any
time.
4. Payment Information
Payment transactions are processed through third party payment platforms including but not limited to
Venmo, Cash App, Square, or Stripe. Wolf Bodybuilding does not store your credit card or banking
information directly. Please review the privacy policies of any payment platforms you use.

Your personal information and coaching materials are stored using secure digital tools. We take reasonable
precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access. However no digital system is completely secure
and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

We retain your personal information and coaching records for a reasonable period following the end of your
coaching engagement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate
information, request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for the use of your photos or
testimonials at any time.
