Refund Policy
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any coaching services from Wolf Bodybuilding. By making a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Monthly Coaching Subscriptions
Monthly coaching packages are billed at the beginning of each month or coaching cycle. Due to the nature of personalized coaching services — including the time, planning, and resources invested upfront — all monthly coaching fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. If you wish to cancel your coaching, you must notify Wolf Bodybuilding before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

2. One-Time Services
One-time services including custom meal plans, custom training programs, peak week protocols, posing feedback, and supplement consultations are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. If your service has not yet been started, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

3. Posing Sessions
Posing sessions that are scheduled and cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at the client's preference.

4. Exceptions
Wolf Bodybuilding will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances that prevent a client from participating in their coaching program. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the circumstance arising and may require supporting documentation.

5. Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with your coaching experience we encourage you to communicate your concerns directly with your coach before requesting a refund. Wolf Bodybuilding is committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and improve the coaching experience. Dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund but we will always do our best to find a fair resolution.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Instagram DM or email. Please include your name, the service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on the payment platform used. Wolf Bodybuilding is not responsible for delays caused by thirdparty payment processors.

8. Changes to This Policy
Wolf Bodybuilding reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients and posted on our website or profile. Continued use of our services following any updates
constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
